4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our tallow products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once items have been shipped, except in cases where goods arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or misuse of our products. Please read ingredient lists carefully and use products as intended. Stop using if irritation occurs.
